Uraian Tugas

  • Deliver first-hand office management and business support for the directors and the broader operation
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the office and trouble-shoot issues that arise on a daily basis while keeping expenses reasonable
  • Enhance the overall efficiency of the office by promoting a good work culture and ensuring follow through of key assignments in a timely manner
  • Develop and maintain a well-organized electronic filing system that permits easy reference and rapid retrieval of information
  • Assist in contract negotiation and engagement of locally engaged service providers and suppliers; responsible for basic office and operational equipment
  • Facilitate local and international travel when required including coordinating travel, visas and arranging local transportation
  • Assist with local and international vendors and logistics for parts and services
  • Conduct some basic online research from various sources and weave together into potential solutions
  • Ensure the company follows all employment regulations such as employment taxes, minimum wage, employment insurance (BPJSTK and BPJS health) and labour laws
  • Bridge management and employee relations by managing demands, grievances or other performance issues and navigate sensitive and difficult conversations with staff
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

  • Bachelor's degree with 10 years of relevant experience in Office Manager/HR operations role
  • Equipped with the dynamic of crafting policies related to business decisions that align with organizational goals
  • As strategic partner to business leaders, proactively offering solutions
  • Experience in planning, coordinating, executing, and evaluating projects in different business and functional areas
  • Exposure to an international work environment, norms, and personnel
  • Experience in operational implementation of the HR strategy through day-today execution of HR activities and delivery of core HR services through an end-to-end framework
