We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Supervisor/Officer Universal Banker.Responsibilities:
Answer customer product enquiries and service in maintenance. Deliver best in class professional customer service with excellence and efficiencies. Identify potential customers banking needs and refer to appropriate branch staff to provide banking solutions. Assist line manager to effectively manage the sales and service environment in branch.
Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in banking Operational. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Highly driven and self-motivated approach, with the determination and ambition to succeed in a dynamic environment. Fluency in English.
