Job Description : 

As an Operation Associate you will be working in a small team with multiple backgrounds and will be serving Top Management along with other offices across Indonesia. The job covers multiple grounds from the management and the operation team.

• Gather and analyze club’s P&L and people performance (KPIs) 
• Create a recommendation and strategy for club operations 
• Create and manage operational processes so that your hypothesis aligns with the current stakeholders, depending on the project or stream
• Work hand-in-hand with the top management to support the growth of the company
