- Arrange logistics and administrative arrangements for training sessions and other activities, including flights, hotel bookings, meeting rooms, transportation, and accommodation.
- Establish and maintain an organized filing system to ensure easy access to office assets, such as laptops, documents, and important records.
- Monitor and maintain office working systems, including printers, scanners, photocopiers, internet connections, telephones, and other equipment, addressing issues promptly.
- Take charge of facility management and maintenance, ensuring the office environment remains in optimal working condition. This includes liaising with service providers, overseeing cleaning and housekeeping services, and handling office supplies.
- Manage relationships with service providers, potential vendors, and other business contacts, ensuring effective communication and service delivery.
- Oversee procurement and inventory control for office stationery and pantry supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effective purchasing.
- Liaise and coordinate all Internal Special Projects/Events (Outing, Company Anniversary, etc.)
Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university. GPA min 3.0.
Have prior experience in General Affairs with min. 1 year.
Excellent mastery over Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
