Job summary
Cove is a co-living start-up making it easier for young people to rent in flatsharesThey provide stylishly furnished properties and a seamless rental processTenants get matched with great flatmates and have access to community events

Responsibilities
• Assist in maintaining buildings and improving tenant's experience• Act as a liaison between Cove and facilities staff• Prepare room inventory reports and assist in property inspections• Organize properties' tickets and schedule maintenance or repairs• Troubleshoot daily facilities maintenance issues• Procure properties' needs
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in any major (civil engineering and architecture preferred)• Max. 2 years in property management, real estate or hospitality industry• Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are welcome• Highly organized, resourceful, and have high initiative

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills• Consumer empathy• High drive for results• Ability to be flexible and deal with ambiguity• Resourcefulness and high initiative• High energy
