Job requirement
- Bachelor Degree of Business Administration / Financial Management
- Fluent in English both Oral and Written
- Having good communication skills & good leadership
- At least 5 years working experiences in the related fields is required for this position
- Preferably who has experience in the Hospital / Healthcare
- Experience in design, plan and manage end to end business processes & maintains an effective set of policy and procedures consistent with program guidelines
- Willing to operate and extend to travel between cities
General responsibilities :
- Manage departmental operating budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources
- Manage the implementation of regulatory affairs' policies & quality assurance procedures and standards
- Develop and follow up on corrective and preventive actions on regulatory affairs' activities - quality assurance (QA), safety, health & environment (SHE) and registration (REG) - to ensure consistent implementation
- Recommend improvement on policies, practices and processes to ensure the attainment of quality standards
- Monitor quality management trainings to enhance employees' awareness of quality and create a culture of continuous improvement
- Monitor and close quality-related complaints, making sure corrective and preventive actions to resolve issues
- Manage the review with local management team on Regulatory Affairs' activities and updates to obtain commitment on local regulatory affairs implementation
- Provide technical advice and support to internal stakeholders on quality management matters
- Demonstrate good working knowledge, comprehension and applications of local regulations
- Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken
