Qualifications:
- High school graduate
- Minimum 4 years of experience in operations or general affair roles
- Possess a little experience in tourism industry, preferably
- Willing to travel domestically and coordinate branch team
- Confident, creative, innovative, honest and smart-working individual
- Team player and highly motivated individual
- Can join ASAP
Job Description:
- Coordinate branch team to always demonstrate mindful operation activities
- Produce guidelines and best practices of Company’s operating procedures
- Ensure key operations aspects are handled properly across branches
- Supervise operations activities (including purchasing) across branches
- Ensure repair & maintenance in branches are well-planned, well-executed, well-reported and well-monitored
- Explore innovative ideas and opportunity, and drive discussion with Company’s management
- Eager to work-smart and work-hard to achieve Company’s goal
