Job Description:- Review and evaluate training SOP for Shopee Express customer-facing functions
- Formulate training material and methods that can be implemented to all of Shopee Express front liners across Indonesia
- Arrange and deliver the Shopee Express front liners training execution
- Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of the training program
- Responsible for the training administration and report
- At least a Bachelor's degree from any major
- At least 5 years of experience in handling end to the end training processes, experience in handling a customer-facing function training is preferably
- Ability to communicate and high willingness to collaborate
- Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving is required
