- Monitor the alarm system and Nawakara Digital Patrol (NDP) application
- Create alarm and NDP monitoring project reports (Daily, Weekly and Monthly)
- Carry out user registration and guide to changing user passwords
- Carry out technical guidance regarding alarm problems in the NDP system and application
- Coordinate with the Fast Response Team in terms of implementing alarm responses to alarm project locations
- Coordinate with the Technician Team regarding technical obstacles and the results of the Technician Team's visit
- Conduct regular checks on the condition of NCC software and hardware, ensure the system is connected properly and
alerts on all storage in the system
Qualifications
- Candidate must at least a D3 in all majors (preferably in Computer Engineering)
- Have experience working in shifts and/or experience in the field of Central Monitoring Station
- Fast response and good communication skills
- Have the ability to manage digital monitoring system security applications
- Good Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills
- Have basic level English (Writing & Conversation) skills
