Responsibilities:
Manage the employee branding account on Instagram, including content creation, posting, and engagement strategies to enhance the brand's image and attract top talent.
Serve as the host and talent for marketing needs, including video content and live streams, to effectively communicate the brand's message and engage with the audience.
Curate and create content for the beauty community, ensuring it aligns with brand plan and resonates with the target audience's interests and preferences.
Support the Owned Media team in ad hoc projects, such as photoshoots, KOL collaboration, etc.
Requirement & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field with minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Comfortable in front of the camera and becoming a talent for social media content.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging and innovative content.
Familiarity with design principles is a plus.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in content creation and scheduling.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools is beneficial.
Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
A positive attitude, creativity, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability for the brand's online presence and reputation.
