What you will do
Currently, we are looking for the position of Partnership Lead. In general, you will be helping the implementation of business objectives among company's sales, marketing and business development professionals. Take a look at some points below to understand more about this role.
- Build fin-tech use case within company's ecosystem
- Developing consumer loyalty program
- Develop new sales areas and improving sales through various methods
- Contacting potential clients to establish a business relationship and meet with them
- Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive
- Develop and own OKR/target
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as per business need
Requirements and specifications
In order to carry out the obligations well, we need someone who has specific knowledge and abilities in a specific area. To make it easier, there are:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- 4 years working experience in total with minimum 1-2 years in fin-tech industry
- Have experience with loyalty, cashback or points management
- Familiar with consumer behaviour
- About three years of proven sales experience in business or a related area
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in order to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely
- Understand how points management system work in most fintech company
- Have engaged in partnership with 3rd partners/clients in order to increase use case of usage, payment or points
- Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
- Basic knowledge on P&L (P&L ownership is preferred)
