Job Description:
- Responsible to make sure all BPO achieve KPI Target
- Process Payroll Monthly, weekly, ad hoc process for payroll
- Compile, check, calculate attendance, overtime, and parcel's claim for reconciliation payroll with vendor
- Accrual & Estimated BPO's cost
- Process claim damage and losses to BPO
- Strategic partner on Payroll process and Improvement
- Process payment & claim insurance employee ( BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS TK)
- Process complain late payroll to management BPO
- Process administration payroll ( quotation , agreement, addendum, etc)
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent education, open from all major
- Minimum 5 years working experience as HR Payroll
- Highly proficient in Excel, knowledge of other Microsoft Office application
- Knowledge and experience with Industrial Relations
- Excellent written and verbal communication
