Job Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative Processes related to payment of salary (Employee), attendance, overtime, service charge. Include in administration process registration and updating of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan and Pension fund.
- Prepare the required document to the payment process related to payroll
- Conduct The administration related to employee loan Process and coordinate with related department.
- Prepare the data and budgeting for festive allowance
- Handling data into HR system and maintenance of employee information. Include in new hire, promotion, demotion, mutation, extension and termination of contracts.
- Providing information to all levels of employees regarding changes or updates to the system, policies, procedures and information.
Requirements:
- Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources related.
- At least 2 Years experience as HR Generalist.
- Maximum age of 27 years
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Administration & Documentation.
- Experience in using payroll program is a plus
- High analytical thinking, high accuracy, high attention to detail
- Trustworthy and willing to work under pressure
- Willing to work at Pluit, North Jakarta
