- Identify employee training needs based on functional and individual needs
- Develop and implement a Management Trainee Program
- Create training schedules in accordance with TNA and employee competencies
- Monitoring the registration process and evaluation of public training
- Provide training materials
- Analyze training evaluation
- Assisted internal trainers to prepare training modules equipped with guidance modules
- Implement and document the training in accordance with the plan that has been made.
- Bachelor Degree of Psychology/ Management / Administration Business
- Have experience in Corp Univeristy
- Have min 1 years experience in People Development area
- Interested in developing people
- Have a good communication, interpersonal relationships, and agile
- Good in data analyst
