Job Description :
- Designing and implementing systematic and effective performance target setting and performance evaluation processes.
- Executing and analyzing talent mapping processes and succession planning schemes.
- Designing, managing, and evaluating employee development needs, including the implementation of effective development programs.
- Designing and implementing engagement programs to enhance employee retention.
- Fostering the development of a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Providing guidance and problem-solving related to people management for stakeholders within their responsibility.
Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the field of People Development/performance.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Psychology, or Industrial Engineering.
- Possess good data processing skills (Excel).
- Have good persuasive communication skills.
