Qualification :
- Bachelor Degree from any Major
- Have a relavant experience at least 4 years in the same field
- Having experience with Learning Management System
- Have a knowledge related to marketing or finance companies is preferred
- Have the ability to be a trainer
- Strong Communication & Coordination Skill
Job Description:
- Updating of training materials from the relevant departments and/or according to the applicable SE
- Monitoring of employees in the business and collection departments
- Review and evaluate individual development needs
- Develop and implement various learning methods
- Evaluate the success of development plans
- Make collaboration with internal learning unit
- Design training program curriculum
