Job Description
- Drive team output and ensure all performance metrics are met.
- Develop People Engagement and Culture Development strategies, identify areas of development of our current framework, and continuously improve the framework and programs accordingly.
- Oversee the end-to-end initiatives within the People Engagement and Culture Development team; provide guidance, advice, and direction on strategies or potential solutions whenever required to team members.
- Ensure the effectiveness of the current People Engagement and Culture Development programs, deploy quick-fix solutions, or drive required change to relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with Head of Department, Human Resource Business Partners, and other stakeholders to understand the business context and identify issues.
- Manage expectations and build a strong and healthy relationship with stakeholders.
- Coach and mentor team members and ensure team cohesiveness.
- Build team capabilities through development plans and career conversations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
- Independent self-starter, able to face obstacles head-on, and drive changes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring a professional level of tact and diplomacy with all levels of management
- Keep abreast of industry trends
- Strong interpersonal skills
