Job Description:

• Designs, develops and delivers an Excel training program
• Uses effective training methods and can demonstrate the proper knowledge, skills and abilities
• Facilitate the smooth delivery of Data Analytics training
• Support the training initiatives, communicate requirements and timelines to stakeholders
• Coordinate existing development programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or another quantitative field
• At least 2-4 years of related experience in training
• Expert in Microsoft Excel and MIS reporting (VBA would be an advantage)
• Excellent facilitation skills
• Content or Curriculum Development
• Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and prioritise multiple tasks
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• A good understanding of the learning and development industry
