Uraian Tugas

Responsibilities

  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Stay abreast of relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure HR policies and practices are compliant and up-to-date.
  • Develop, communicate, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in alignment with legal requirements and organizational objectives.
  • Conduct periodic audits and assessments to monitor compliance with HR policies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR technology platforms.
  • Streamline and standardize HR processes and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Oversee the accurate and secure maintenance of employee data in HR systems, including personnel records, payroll information, and benefits enrollment.
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality by establishing and enforcing data management protocols and access controls.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Coordinate benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations, and communicate benefit offerings to employees.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in HR operations, HRIS administration, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with benefits administration, payroll processes, and regulatory compliance.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
