Job Description:
· Conduct recruitment according to Manpower Planning needs
· Implement onboarding for new employees
· Execute Human Resource Development according to needs and schedule
· Design and implement training programs
· Create evaluation reports for Human Resource Development
· Conduct Performance Appraisal
· Execute Performance Evaluation (KPI) & Competency Assessment
· Manage Talent Management
· Implement regulations for Promotion, Transfer, and Demotion
Requirements:
- Male/Female, maximum 30 years old.
- Minimum education of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology / Human Resource Management, with a GPA of 3.00
- Possess knowledge of the Talent Review process and proven experience in conducting Talent Reviews in previous companies.
- Experienced and capable in using Psychometric testing tools
- Proficient in using Excel (vlookup, hlookup, if, etc.)
- Possess a high level of curiosity and willingness to learn new things
- Preferably based in Tangerang (BSD) and willing to undertake business trips outside the city
