Qualifications & experience
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Analytics, Advertising or related field required
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in performance-based marketing required
- Detailed knowledge and understanding Performance Marketing strategies tactics and tools
- Excellent working knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g Google Analytics, SEMrush, Optimizely, email marketing analytics, etc.)
- Proven ability to consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources (e.g. website, social media, email, SEM)
- Ability to deliver clear, concise, and reliable reporting on all activities to key stakeholders
- Strong communication and influencing skills in English and Bahasa
- Strong understanding of the current e-commerce landscape and insight into upcoming trends and future direction
Tasks & responsibilities
- End to end management of Performance Marketing activity across different paid channels including, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, ASA, etc.
- Supporting Performance Marketing activity across additional channels such as paid search and working closely with any partner agencies to implement, optimize and report on performance.
- Develop test and learn initiatives across different available sources for users acquisition.
- Work with regional marketing team to ensure messaging across all channels are consistent and aligned.
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to optimize campaigns for all important KPIs
- Ensure budget is spent across performance channels efficiently & effectively
