8.     Ability to multitask

9.     Well organized, proactive, and detail oriented Responsible, Honest, Trustworthy, Disciplined and willing to learn new things

10.  Presentable with good appearance and attitude

Job Desk

1.     Organize and manage meetings, appointments and manage calendars

2.     Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings

3.     Produce reports and presentations

4.     Draft correspondence such as emails and letters

5.     Managing files and databases for crucial information

6.     Maintain various records and documents

7.     Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines

8.     Run errands as requested
