Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a fastest-growing Industrial Estate company. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least ten years of experience in project and construction management for the job of Planning Development Manager. The job is based in Central Java, Indonesia.
Job Responsibilities:

• Directly report to the President Director.
• Responsible for industrial state development processes such as acquisitions, feasibility studies, financial analysis and forecasts, conceptual site planning and design, municipal permitting, and approvals.
• Responsible for project management from acquisition through construction for the assigned development sites.
• Draft and submit Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for all necessary consultants (architect, landscape architect, civil consultant, interior designer, etc.).
• Facilitate all Rezoning, Subdivision, Development Variance Permit, and Development Permit Applications as it pertains to development projects.
• Conduct project management duties such as budgeting (development pro forma), project timelines, site inspections, contract review and management, and project administration functions.
• Maintain communication with all municipal authorities and public stakeholders (city planners, council members, neighborhood/community associations, community organizations, and residential and commercial neighbors).
• Maintain knowledge of the local market (residential and commercial) and overall economic environment.
• Maintain solid and constant communication with internal team members (construction, marketing, sales, finance/accounting, etc.).

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum education S1 Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
2. Minimum ten years of working experience in Industrial Estate.
3. Have the ability to read master plan drawings & technical drawings
4. AutoCAD, Ms. Word, and Ms. Excel.
5. Good in design and knowledge of detailing construction of the building, facilities, and M & E installations.
6. Familiar with construction cost data and conditions of building contracts.
7. Knowledge and skill in project management tools, processes, and documentation.
8. Experience working in a multiple project environment with leadership roles.
9. Must be self-driven with a good sense of urgency.
10. High level of integrity, resourcefulness and result-oriented.
11. Strong initiatives with passion and drive to succeed.
12. Mastering Design software: AUTOCAD, BIM, Sketchup, Arcgis, and any other software.
13. Preferably have SKA, K3, and any other certificate in Civil & Construction Engineering.
14. Can speak Mandarin will be a plus.
15. Willing to be placed in Central Java.
