Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded Business Development Strategy & Planning Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mapping the needs of new dealer business start-up operations, providing consultancy to dealer principals, sales, and training teams, and ensuring the smooth implementation of workflow policies at both Eurokars Motor Indonesia and Mazda dealerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Map the needs of new dealer business start-up operations, including developing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Act as a consultant to dealer principals, sales, and training teams to facilitate the launch of new operations.
• Coach, guide, and monitor workflow policies in alignment with the business plan and PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) meetings.
• Provide solutions to existing/new dealers facing operational challenges related to policies, workflows, and standardization.
• Conduct site surveys at Mazda dealerships and other related brands to gather information and perform dealer audits on facilities and processes.
• Assess the validity of workflow policies implemented over time and develop corrective action plans as needed.
• Support Eurokars Motor Indonesia's Dealer Development & Training Department initiatives.
• Report directly to the Business Development Senior Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in Business Development, strategy planning, or dealership operations within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of dealership operations, workflow policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor dealer teams effectively.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Willingness to travel for site surveys and dealer visits as required.
