Job Responsibilities:
Be responsible for planning activities of incoming raw materials (D&C, MUM, Grey thread, and Filament) and external purchase FG for asean region:
- Act as local liaison for incoming material planning, work closely with central Planning team, procurement team and key strategic suppliers to ensure the product availability on time at optimum cost to meet production plan.
- Plan and coordinate for material movements among plants (Freight planning, intra-plant).
- Supervise for the Import Export process to ensure meet with compliance with effective and efficient manner.
Be responsible for resource planning for whole Supply Chain (asean region) – including machine capacity, headcount, storage capacity consideration and transportation.
- Involve in capacity planning process and demand planning review.
- Based on customer demand and Coats strategy to propose optimum resource to meet customer requirements.
Be accountable for stock management including stock level, SLOBs, stock quality.
- Submit the stock forecast for M+1, budget plan.
- Review and fine-tune stock policy applied for all materials to ensure stock level aligned with approved budget plan.
- Analyze SLOBs generation to take the actions to reduce SLOBs value.
- Gaps analysis between actual stock and FC / budget plan monthly to make sure stock aligned with approved stock plan.
Be the key contact point of local planning team:
- Following RACI agreed with Central of Excellent Data to provide and maintain Supply Chain information.
- Lead and coordinate new product launch / product discontinuation for all Supply Chain activities related.
- Work closely with commercial team and central planning team to conduct effective demand planning review and sign off meeting.
Lead the continuous improvement of end-to-end process from order entry to goods delivery to customers:
- Work with Central Planning team and local departments to drive for improvement in service KPIs (OTIF and SOLT).
- Analyze process / activities from order entry to goods delivery to customer to explore all opportunities for better end-to-end alignment and effectiveness.
- Analyze supply chain KPI performance against best practice and propose/drive for improvement actions.
- Act as key power user for all modules related to Supply Chain including but not limited to PP/MM/SD/APO.
- Updating existing Standard Operation Procedure if required, sign-off new Standard Operation Procedure before launching.
Job Requirements:
- University graduated in Economics, Engineering, Industrial Engineering or any related Supply Chain field
- APICS certified is a must
- 3 years’ experience in Planning/Logistics Manager
- Effective Communication both in Bahasa and English
- Analysis skill, decision maker
- Product knowledge & process flow
- Familiar with SAP/APO or other ERP system
