Job Summary

• The Plant Manager is in charge of overseeing all manufacturing operations (PPIC, ENG MTN, PROD, QUALITY)
• Managing resources, & ensuring that the plant meets its production and safety objectives efficiently and effectively.

Description

• Production Management: Plant managers are accountable for meeting production goals and targets. They must plan and organize production schedules, coordinate with different departments, and optimize production processes to ensure maximum output
• Quality Control: Maintaining product quality is essential for customer satisfaction and the reputation of the company. Plant managers are responsible for implementing and monitoring quality control procedures to ensure that products meet specified standards.
• Equipment Maintenance: Manufacturing plants rely heavily on machinery and equipment. The Plant Manager oversees maintenance activities to ensure that equipment is in good working condition, minimizing downtime and disruptions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Age: 38-45 y.old.
• Min. Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering.
• Deep technical & managerial skills in overseeing stamping, welding plant.
• Experienced in implementing Toyota production system & 5S as well as being able to optimize and create an efficient layout.
• Understand the production process for die stamping machines, utility maintenance (OEE, MTBF, MTTR)
• Team & culture builder , pro-active, self starter
• Understand Dies design & preventive maintenance
• Previously worked in an automotive stamping company for at least 10 years
• Understand production planning control & warehouse management (Kanban-pull system)
• Prepare production reports, quality etc. including cost reports - Able to plan strategies to achieve sales target
• Great at managing, developing and mentoring people
• Strong leadership skills (Reputable, Decisive, Discpline, Stern, Detail-oriented)
