Job Description
- Plan and monitor requirements for raw materials in order to effectively maintain production operations.
- Liaison between Sales, Production and Warehouse departments to align their needs and effectively synchronize operations.
- Coordinate PPIC teams, ensuring they function efficiently to meet management requirements.
- Review inventory reports for raw materials, and accessories, and initiate purchase orders as necessary to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Analyze price reports to assess market trends and their impact on inventory planning.
- Review production monitoring reports, approve Production Work Orders and Slitting.
- Determine material allocation strategies to minimize waste and optimize resource use.
- Review and approve Certificates of Completion to correct input errors or changes at each site.
- Review and approve the creation or deletion of new codes in the system to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Focus on minimizing costs and maximizing results within the PPIC realm while maintaining operational effectiveness.
Qualification :
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in the field of local brand/maklon/fmcg
- Strong expertise in inventory management and optimization, good knowledge of quality control principles and inventory data analysis.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities; outstanding problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Skilled in budgeting, regulatory and cost control methodologies.
- Fluent English is a must, excellent communication, and negotiation skills.
