Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective production plans, ensuring optimal resource utilization and timely delivery of products.
- Oversee inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, and implementing strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and logistics, to streamline processes and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
- Analyze production data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to optimize production capacity and reduce costs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experienced in production planning and inventory control within the manufacturing industry.
- Knowledgeable in export-import and customs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Good in English both oral and written.
