We are currently seeking a skilled and results-driven Process Improvement Officer to join our team on a contracted basis. As an Process Improvement Officer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and drive process automation across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation, design RPA solutions, and develop automation workflows using RPA tools and platforms.
- Analyze existing processes, workflows, and tasks to identify areas for automation and optimization.
- Work closely with business users to gather automation requirements, understand process complexities, and document process workflows.
- Configure, test, and deploy RPA solutions in alignment with project objectives, ensuring the automation meets quality standards and business requirements.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to RPA workflows, making necessary adjustments to ensure the smooth functioning of automation processes.
- Continuously review and enhance existing RPA solutions, identifying opportunities for Process Improvement and efficiency gains.
- Maintain detailed documentation of RPA processes, including technical specifications, test plans, and process documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of RPA solutions within the organization's operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field
- Proven experience in designing and deploying automation using popular RPA platforms such as UiPath, Power Automate, or others.
- Strong understanding of process automation concepts, including process mining, process mapping, and workflow optimization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify automation opportunities and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Meticulous attention to detail in designing, testing, and deploying RPA solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and gather automation requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple automation projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver within defined timelines.
- Proficiency in using MS Excel, especially Macro and VBA
This is a contracted position with a specified project duration, subject to negotiation and agreement. Will be placed at Danone Indonesia Head Office - Kawasan Industri Pulogadung.
