Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree preferably from Accounting / Administration (another major of education are welcome to apply)
- Preferably having experience in related field 1-2 years (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
- Proficient in English
- Having a good administration, negotiation, and communication skills
Job Description:
- Received inquiry of spare parts and other needs from Service team or Warehouse
- Create and maintain relationships with vendors/suppliers
- Make price comparison & do a clarification and negotiation with vendors
- Create PO in system & send PO to vendors
- Receive, check, and summarize invoice from vendors
- Communicate with Accounting team for invoice & payment process
- Make proper filling of all necessary document
