Job Responsibilities:
- Manage tender process : tender schedule, prospective bidders, tender invitation and tender documents (technical, commercial, contractual) for construction contractors procurement.
- Perform coordination with related parties (end users, suppliers, logistic, Engineering, Construction & commercial teams) in pre-bid meeting, site visit,tender submission, evaluation, clarification, negotiation, management’s approval, contract award in achieving required TQC.
- Review and analyze tender evaluatioan result and follow it up.
- Perform negotiation with bidders/contractors to achieve best TQC.
- Provide and ensure contract documents and guarantee (insurance, bonds, etc) containing terms & conditions protecting Company’s interest and they are always timely in force.
- Review variation works and perform clarification & negotiation until properly approved.
- Mitigate and manage risk and dispute to protect Company’s interest the whole project period.
- Perform expediting process to contractors in delivering their project goods (materials, equipments, etc) in accordance with project time schedule in coordination with project team.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, etc) or related field
- Candidate have at least 3 Year(s) of working experience in Project Contract Management, project procurement or construction management
- Comfortable leading meetings with external & internal parties both business users and technical people
- Self-starter and highly motivated
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with construction project contract terms/FIDIC highly preferable
- Attention and comfortable to details
- Good analytical and critical skills
- Good proficiency in English
- Good communication and negotiation skills
