👑 Job Role

A. Sourcing and Vendor Management :

• Source new vendors and assess vendor capabilities, pricing, and reliability.
• Evaluate quotations from vendors and select the best vendors based on their pricing and quality.
• Maintain good relationships with vendors.

B. Procurement Process Management :

• Monitor and track procurement requests from initiation to completion.
• Follow up with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure timely processing and delivery of requested items or services.
• Maintain records and documentation of all procurement requests and approvals.

C. Vendor Relationships and Quality Assurance :

• Maintain good relationships with vendors with regular communication and visitation.
• Able to ensure the best quality from vendors and get good vendor satisfaction from internal stakeholders.

⛩️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in procurement, contract management, or a similar role in the event industry.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of procurement laws and regulations is a plus.
• Being passionate about Esports or gaming industries will be a plus point.
