Since the launch of GoPay app in 2023, we have seen exponential growth. Having said that , we have set even higher goals for ourselves. As part of the Acquisition team in Consumer experience, you will be responsible for scaling GoPay app acquisition across all our acquisition channels. You will be working with the digital marketing, brand team, CRM team and Product teams to create strategy around user acquisition and execution of the same. You will be expected to optimize existing channels of acquisition as well identifying new channels and user segments. Having prior experience in growing consumer products , ability to apply user insights and data driven decision making will be considered highly relevant for this role.
What You Will Do
- Developing and Implementing a user insights & data-driven business strategy that aligns with the overall GoPay business objectives
- Analyze market trends ,competitive landscape & customer needs to identify opportunities for business expansion
- Monitor and analyze business performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and drive continuous growth
- Collaborate with the marketing, engineering and product teams to develop integrated strategies
- Always be on top of market and regulatory trends, as well as the competitive landscape in the fintech industry
- Be on top of execution of product and business initiatives.
What You Will Need
- A Bachelor's / Masters or an equivalent degree
- Should have at least have 3-5 year working experience, experience working in tech or financial service companies is a plus
- Strong business sense and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management skill to manage complex projects also can manage and prioritize multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, collaborative spirit, delighted to work with other stakeholders
- Strong analytical thinking and data analytics ability
- Good knowledge of SQL is a plus
