Job Description :
- Build and execute a merchant partnership strategy to help improve the success of our solutions in the market, bridging short-term execution and long-term visio
- Lead, develop and inspire a team of merchant partnerships
- Identify opportunities and represent the view of the market by conducting industry research, including deep quantitative, qualitative, and competitive analysis
- Analyze partnership performance, synthesize customer feedback, and advocate improvements
- Partner with the Product Management, Brand Marketing & Communication, Engineering, Sales & BD, and other key teams
Jobs Requirement :
- Passion for great consumer experiences, marketing strategy, and data-driven business insights
- BA / BS in Computer Science or Engineering preferred, or equivalent experience
- Adept at resolving issues amidst ambiguity and complexity
- Ability to prioritize and execute Product Marketing activities and deliverables, while managing multiple projects effectively and driving them to completion with a focus on producing measurable results
- Tenacity and an unwavering drive toward action & result in fast-paced and fluid culture
- 2 years of experience in a Marketing, Product Marketing, or Product Management role
- Must be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience in Brand or Digital Marketing in a consumer products environment is a significant plus
