Production Leader

RESPONSIBILITIES

PRODUCTIVITY

• Coordinate all production operator activities during working hours (Resource and machine allocation)
• Provide accurate data of production performance parameter
• Ensure all activities are following the standard operating procedure
• Able to detect any abnormalities in the production equipment or process
• Record all parameter and compare with the specification
• Report any abnormalities in the production process (equipment, process, raw materials or finished products)
   

QUALITY

• Perform quick action to eliminate the issue in production line
• Take a lead on analysis of quality issues
• Ensure all parameter are properly implemented in each production process
• Ensure correct product run with correct formula
• Quick detection for any quality issue appears in the production line
• Perform quick action and feedback for any quality issue in production line
• Conduct routine quality check during production process (hourly)
   

DELIVERY

• Trigger the production team to achieve delivery schedule
• Ensure to run the product based on the schedule
• Ensure the products have correct output base on the target
• Record the raw materials and finished goods movement in production area
• Daily stock count for the raw materials and finished goods
   

ENVIRONMENT HEALTH AND SAFETY

• Ensure to apply EHS policy in daily routine job
• Provide feedback for any activities and condition that violating EHS principal
• Perform quick action and anticipation for any potential safety issues

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor degree (S1) in Faculty Chemical Engineering, Faculty Chemistry Science, Faculty Metallurgical Engineering
• Good command of English both verbal and written
• Able to work under pressure and shifting
• Able to plan production system including determine the target
• Solve the problem which may raise during production process
• Prefer has experience in Smelter
• Willing to work in Cikarang – Bekasi
