Jobs Descriptions:
Assist project managers in project administration.
Prepare and update project information
Record and maintain project contract files
Issue project reports generated by the Project Manager.
Prepare quotations for project scope variations.
Prepare project draft packing lists and shipping instructions.
Prepare the internal invoicing form for Finance
Prepare letterhead to issue to clients or vendors
Tracking the invoicing and shipment status
Assist in preparing and updating project costing
Assist in preparing bid/tender submission, completing before the deadline
Ensure compliance with proposal requirements and evaluation criteria
Undertake any ad hoc project and proposal tasks as required
Requirements :
Candidate minimum possess Diploma (D3)
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Proficient in English is a must
Good in MS Excel and Word Applications
