Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project tasks, reporting, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience in the Indonesian automotive loan sector is highly preferred.
- Organizational Management:
- Initiate Help Desk setup and manage operations/quality control.
- Lead the Help Desk team towards establishing its own leadership.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Expand existing sales through effective relationship management.
- Leverage understanding of client business to foster partnership growth.
Qualifications
- Proven Project Management prowess.
- Prior experience in the automotive loan sector, especially within Indonesia, is highly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- PMP certification is a plus.
