Job Summary:

Manage and execute financial, accounting and administration business process and report based on the regulation including logistics and procurement, payroll management, travel and meeting administration management, and liaison and reception activities that may follow. Supports operating Waste Management business in Medan City that can handle practical tasks related to inorganic and organic waste management business, Contribute to the preparation of annual work plans, quarterly reports and progress reports, and communicate with core stakeholders including business partners, customers of waste bank, and local residents, etc.

Job Qualification:

Korean candidate:

• Holds residential/work permit issued by Indonesian government
• High English proficiency (working knowledge of English)
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in project management including budget and outcome management
• Understanding and commitment in community development projects
• Having experience of operate accounting software of profit company is an advantage Work experience in waste bank, waste management project, and/or private sector business management is an advantage

Indonesian candidate:

• Fluency in oral and written Korean (Working knowledge of Korean)
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in project management including budget and outcome management
• Understanding and commitment in community development projects
• Having experience of operate accounting software of profit company is an advantage
• Work experience in waste bank, waste management project, and/or private sector business management is an advantage
