Responsibilities
- To plan, organize, facilitate and document the projects of the company, related to its products, development, deployments, processes and others as per the company needs,
- To plan, analyse and drive the strategic development direction of the software and computer systems, platforms and applications based on the above trends, documents and reports,
- To transform and change the products in the company after thorough analysis and assessment of internal and external factors to ensure the leading position of the company in its operating markets,
- To analyse, plan, prioritise, design, organize, control, integrate and manage the end-to-end development of all software and computer platforms, systems and applications,
- To analyse, plan, prioritise, design, organize, control, and manage the end-to-end deployments of the company software and computer platforms, systems and applications both internally and at the customers’ premises,
- To assign project personnel to specific phases or aspects of project, such as technical studies, product design, preparation of specifications and technical design, and product testing,
- To review product design for compliance with company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis,
- To set standards for how projects are executed and results achieved by a common set of practices, principles and templates for managing projects while ensuring project management standards are followed and regular assessments of projects are done,
- To act and assist as a source of guidance and advice for employees and to develop a centre of excellence for project management to provide guidance and coaching to employees,
- To gather project data and other necessary information for management review by tracking the status of all projects in the organisation, based on updates from the Project Managers, as well as to report to the Management in using project dashboards, which provide a clear way to keep track of the status of projects and to facilitate decisions to be made,
- To own, manage and guide strategically the projects portfolio and to facilitate timely and precise decisions by the Management,
- To control, facilitate and suggest amendments to the projects’ budget, resources and timeline as well as to drive and manage all projects to be executed on budget and in time,
- To plan, book, organize, manage and coordinate events, workshops, seminars, and other forms of direct communication and marketing on international level for the awareness, popularity, sales and customer experience of the company software systems, platforms and applications,
- To manage and supervise people and activities related to projects, international activities and digital media for the company awareness and wide exhibition of its products and benefits to the clients.
