Responsibilities
• Manage a range of projects for the organization• Define project scopes, objectives, plans, and performance criteria• Lead project reviews to identify areas of improvement• Engage and interact with internal and external stakeholders• Drive effective performance management practices• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, work allocations, and staffing• Develop staff through coaching and mentoring• Conduct regular project reviews and recommend adjustments• Work with stakeholders to establish project goals and deliverables• Resolve issues associated with project implementation
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Engineering• Minimum of 10 years experience in Construction Building or Infrastructure• Must have SKA Ahli Manajemen Konstruksi certification• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Project Manager in Construction Building or Infrastructure
