Vasanta Group is currently looking for “Project Sales Senior Manager (Building Material)” with details as below:
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Identification: Identify and prospect potential construction projects within the assigned territory. Research upcoming developments, renovation projects, and infrastructure initiatives to identify sales opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and other key decision-makers within the construction industry. Cultivate long-term partnerships to maximize sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products' features, benefits, and value proposition. Customize presentations to address the specific needs and requirements of each project.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product line, including specifications, applications, and competitive advantages. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the marketplace.
- Quoting and Proposals: Prepare accurate and timely project quotations and proposals in collaboration with the sales support team. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to secure sales and achieve revenue targets. Close deals effectively while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Project Management: Act as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and coordination. Liaise with internal departments, including logistics, production, and customer service, to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architect or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience and track record of success in Project Sales or business development within the Building Material industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and hardware/machinery.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Have own car/motorcycle and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
