Uraian Tugas

JOB SUMMARY:  Manage necessary sales personnel, channels and activities involving external customers within a specific geographic area. To initiate, implement, evaluate and refine a sales plan for his/her assigned district, to optimize sales volume, market share and profit margin of the Company’s products, Accountable to achieve the specific sales goals, utilize proper resources and expenses; Responsible for the development of sales strategies and resource plans which ensure achievement of district objectives; responsible for the coaching and development of the District Sales Team.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:  College degree required with a preferred focus in Agro Science or Business in addition to a minimum of 10 years extensive sales experience with territory responsibilities.  Working history in the Agricultural Chemical or related Agriculture Industry preferred.  Previous experience working with distributors, retailers, agricultural consultants, and key growers to accomplish territory objectives a plus.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

40% To Deliver the Sales Targets of the assigned district and to establish, evaluate and develop sales channels within the responsible district and manage territory customer accounts; establish and maintain regular contact with customers and key influencers to obtain product performance feedback.  Develop and implement product/distributor/dealer support programs for territory.  Communicate with internal and external customers (distributors, retailers, agricultural consultants, and key growers) to accomplish territory objectives for current products and new products.

30% Work with HR to recruit, train, deploy, evaluate, coach and counsel a highly-motivated,

            professional sales team to ensure consistent accomplishment of district objectives and

            sales targets. Motivate a team of sales representatives in order to identify and satisfy

            customer needs at all levels of the distribution chain, including distributors, dealers,

            growers, producers, industry organizations, and other market influencers.

10% Develop annual and monthly forecasts, retaining & communicating significant customer interactions/information, and maintain annual business plan for the territory.  Monitor product flow and forecasts, investigate and resolve complaints. Develop and analyze project and market/competitive data in order to prioritize commercial opportunities within the district.

10% Review sales deals/deal opportunities which subordinates working on/identifying, and help subordinate to prioritize them according to Company’s strategy and for maximizing profit in long term. Lead the process of identifying distribution strategies and tactics to accomplish sales objectives for the district. Manage major district account, accounts development, and implementation of account strategies and action plans to optimize sales and achieve sales objectives.

5%   Responsible for monitoring and adhering to company guidelines for producing individual sales targets, expenses, promotion, travel, and entertainment budgets. Identify, prioritize and manage the resources required by the district to efficiently and effectively exceed the annual sales plan for each target product. Resources include manpower, promotion budgets, etc.     

负责监控和严格遵守公司各项政策规定包括个人销售目标制定,费用,促销,差旅,和招待预算等。负责确定费用,定立优先级别,和管理地区可用资源,要有效率和有成果地利用资源以达成各项产品销售目标。

5%   Communicate market opportunities, research needs, field development, industry issues and government affairs subjects. Coordinate account activities with marketing, R&D, supply chain, Finance and sales representatives. Make sure subordinates get necessary support from related functions (Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, etc.) to achieve the sales target

负责沟通市场机会,研发需求,田间开发,行业问题和政府事务。与市场,研发,供应链,财务和销售代表协调客户事宜。确保下属在各相关职能部门(市场,研发,供应链等)得到应有的支持以达成销售目标。
