Currently we hiring the position "Purchasing Manager" for Our Strategic Partner in Bali.
As an Purchasing Manager member, you will be responsible for assisting in various accounting tasks to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations within the company, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise procurement of goods and services to ensure timely availability
- Select and collaborate with suppliers, and negotiate contracts with vendors
- Manage stock and inventory efficiently to avoid excess inventory and loss
- Ensure product quality meets established standards and complies with applicable regulations
- Create a budget and strive to maximize purchasing costs while still meeting company needs
Qualifications:
- Diploma III and/or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience in Purchasing Manager or finance preferred minimum 3 years
- Strong negotiation skills and deep understanding of procurement regulations and laws
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication skills
