Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a purchasing role, ideally within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of successful supplier management and negotiations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, negotiate, and procure quality products at competitive prices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.
- Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill procurement needs.
- Prepare reports on purchasing activities and cost analysis.
- Implement efficient procurement strategies to enhance cost savings.
- Stay updated with market trends and industry developments.
