Purchasing Officer

Job Desc :

• Listing purchase order from all department
• Sugest minimum 3 vendors/supliers for high value item purchase for pricing comparison.
• Bargain with vendors/supplier for price reduction
• Request approval for every purchase with related department and to Finance (Purchase Request)
• Tracking or follow up shipment or service progress provided by vendors/supliers
• Ensuring all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner
• Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately
• Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delay
• Conducting market research to keep abreast of emerging trends and business opportuity
• Report monthly purchasing trends and suggestion is a plus

Requirement :

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering
• Experience in Supply Chain Management
• Have a minimum of 1-2 years experience as Purchasing
• Able to do sourcing and negotiate
• Able to operate Excel and MS Office
• Fluent in English (both oral and written)
• Able to join immediately
• Live in Bali or willing to move to Bali
