Job Description :
- Monitoring the suitability of work processes in the field
- Conduct quality briefings to the production team
- Take an active role in conducting investigations when abnormalities are found
- Carry out evaluations and reports on retained samples
- Conduct trials together with RnD and production
- Create and verify findings reports.
Requirements :
- Understand the concepts of GMP, HACCP and Food Safety
- Willing to work in shifts
- Have good analytical skills and detail oriented
- Able to work individually and in a team
- Proficient in using Ms Office, especially Ms Excel
