Quality Assurance & Quality Control Supervisor

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Industrial/Chemical/Metallurgical Engineering or related field. QA/QC certification or training may be a plus.
• Relevant work experience in the QA/QC field, preference may be given to candidates who have experience in the same or similar industry.
  Ability to lead QA/QC team.
• Understand QA/QC principles and testing methods. Familiar with quality testing tools and techniques. Understanding of industry regulations and related quality standards.
• Good communication skills, including the ability to provide clear direction to the team and communicate effectively with various parties, including internal and external parties. English fluent is a must.
• Ability to analyze data and trends to improve production processes and product quality. Skill in using data analysis software or statistical tools.

Responsibility:

• Design, develop, and maintain QA/QC procedures and protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with established procedures and standards.
• Lead the QA/QC team, provide direction, and ensure efficient execution of tasks.
• Prepare quality reports and convey findings to management and related teams.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in production processes and develop improvement plans.
• Provide QA/QC training to employees to increase quality awareness and understanding of QA/QC procedures.
• Coordinate with production teams, product development and other related departments to ensure consistent product quality.
• Ensure compliance with applicable industry regulations and quality standards.
