Job Description

- Create and revise QA/QC procedures for each required Job Order and submit to Document Control – HO

- Create and report KPI (Key Performance Indicator) every month to the QA/QC Manager and send to QMR Department

- Create Service Requisition (SR) / Purchase Requisition (PR) / Cash Requisition (CR) related to the procurement of QA/QC department services.

- Organize QA/QC files in either hard copy or soft copy form to make documentation tracking easier.

- Makes MDR from collection of inspection documents, tests that have been carried out, and procedures approved by the client and make soft copies as requested by the client.

- Schedule calibration of equipment to be calibrated externally and internally and place calibration labels/stickers on the required equipment.

Requirements

- Male, max 35 years

- Minimum Diploma Degree any field

- Min 3 year experience as QC Documentation/Quality Assurance in the field of fabrication and construction

- Understand the manufacturing/fabrication flow and process

- Have experience preparing, monitoring procedures and Manufacturing Data Record (MDR) requirements and on going project reports.

- Have knowledge and understanding of MS Office, Autocad & SAP
