Quality Manager

The Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring that each part of the manufacturing process has been correctly completed, checked, and delivered to the internal and external customer as per stated on the SOP. The Quality Manager is responsible for implementing and executing inspection, testing, and evaluation methods to ensure that products adhere closely to company standards. They prepare reports by collecting data on inspections or other aspects such as production line cleanliness which are analyzed in detail. They will perform detailed inspections to make sure products meet or exceed Company’s standards, eliminating anything not up-to-code and finding reasons behind any issues found in these inspections.

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ or any related fields.
• Minimum 10 years experiences on quality working experienced or 5 years in managerial level at manufacturing MNC environment (FMCG / Packaging company).
• Certified in Lean Six-Sigma : minimum Green-Belt Holder would be preferably.
• Certified in Food Safety Management System 22000
• Certified in ISO 9001
• Willing to be placed in Jatiuwung, Tangerang

REQUIRED SKILL & EXPERIENCE

• Familiar with ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HALAL requirements.
• Experienced as lead auditor (having lead auditor certification would be preferrable).
• Good understanding on Good Laboratory Practice & Good Manufacturing Practice.
• Demonstrated continuous improvement tools implementation & execution (7 Quality Tools / PDCA / FMEA / Lean Tools) with some background in statistical techniques as well as process measurement and problem-solving skill.
• Proven capability in managing compliance requirements
• Proven capability in root cause analysis and in depth problem solving
