AlamatRail Project Manager (Freight) - Indonesia EWI have an exciting opportunity for a Rail Project Manager, to join a leading international testing, inspection and certification Company on a prestigious freight project in Indonesia.
As a Rail Project Manager, you will be a pivotal part of the team overseeing and ensuring the successful completion of a freight railway project.
From the identification phase to the evaluation phase, your expertise will play a crucial role in achieving technical excellence, operational safety, and strategic success.
Key Responsibilities : Identification Phase : Collect information on the technical and design development process.Conduct a thorough gap analysis.
Identify initial risks from the technical perspective. Planning Phase : Enhance the program-level plan, ensuring alignment on timelines across all divisions and stakeholders.
Develop and implement effective monitoring and evaluation processes with a strong focus on safety certification. Implementation Phase : Conduct periodic health checks on the program, prioritising safety assessments.
Facilitate issue debottlenecking to ensure smooth and safe implementation.Provide assistance in monitoring the execution of the program management plan, with a keen eye on safety protocols.
Evaluation Phase : Collaborate with the team to assess the impact of program management on achieving the agreed plan, emphasising safety standards.
Document and analyse lessons learned for continuous improvement in safety practices. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum 15 year's post graduate experienceProven experience as a Project Manager in railway or transportation projects, with a focus on safety certification.
Strong understanding of technical aspects of railway development, emphasising safety standards.Excellent project planning and execution skills with a safety-first mindset.
Effective communication and leadership abilities.
